Its not news thst the federal government of Nigeria placed a ban on the registration nd activation on new sim cards on the 9th of December, so as to allow the government audit the registration data base.
on 19th April, the government reverse its decision by lifting it up it saction on registration of sim cards, this was announced by the federal minister of communication and digital economy on thursday.
The minister said this order should take effect from the same date asking all telecommunication agency to commence registration and activation of sim cards.
